By placing an order with JHL Industries you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless approved net terms have been arranged. Applicable sales tax will be added unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is on file.
Shipping
Orders ship from Chatsworth, CA. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any damage within 5 business days.
